The DMI-LCF Fastener Group is proud to announce the appointment of Eric J. Velliquette as its new Group President. In this leadership role, Eric will spearhead the group’s strategic vision, uniting the proud legacies of DMI and LCF under one flag to deliver premier fastener and foam alternative solutions to the metal building industry.
Eric succeeds Andrew Mullen, who is transitioning to focus on broader board duties and responsibilities. Mullen, one of the original founders of DMI Direct Metals, leaves an indelible mark on the company and the fastener industry through years of exceptional service and visionary leadership. The organization will continue to benefit from Mullen’s guidance at the board level.

As part of this forward momentum, the group is preparing to launch its landmark One-Team, First-Team program in 2027, designed to foster cross-functional synergy, align organizational goals, and empower employees across all levels.
