The Malone family had a vision: a beautiful and functional equestrian barn to house their horses. However, with limited experience in barn construction, the sheer number of options quickly became overwhelming. Understanding this challenge perfectly, National Barn Company stepped in to guide the Malones through the process. Together, they explored various configurations and materials, considering the needs of their horses and daily routines.

The final result is a stunning 40’x80’x12’ structure built with quality materials like 5”x5” solid sawn posts and trusses set on close centers for superior strength. The design prioritizes both functionality and aesthetics. Heavy-duty sliding doors (15’x11’) provide easy access for horses and equipment, while two 3’x3’ vinyl windows offer ample natural light.

For added convenience, the barn boasts a spacious 12’x20’ wash bay, an 8’x12’ tack room for secure storage, and a charming 11’x52’ porch for enjoying the view. A touch of classic elegance comes from the 3’x3’ cupola with weathervane, while the 4’x4’ bale window ensures easy hay delivery.

The Malones are thrilled with their equestrian barn. “National Barn Company was very helpful,” Mrs. Malone stated, “They did a very good job. We love it!” This sentiment perfectly captures the success of this project. The Malone family’s dream barn is not just a functional structure; it’s a testament to the power of collaboration and expert guidance in creating the perfect equestrian space.
