This shop was built on a sloped site with a 10’ retaining wall foundation in the rear. Access to the living suite is ground level at the rear of the building. There is a garage and an office under the suite. The owner will have his hired property caretaker stay in the suite. He’ll be storing RV’s in the large bays and the offce area will be a place to hang out with the boys. The deadline for the build was March 1, 2024, and it was finished on Feb. 29, 2024. Good thing it was a leap year!
