In late January, President Joe Biden issued an Executive Order designed to strengthen Buy American Provisions, with the goal of creating more quality U.S. manufacturing jobs. The Carlstar Group, a leading specialty tire and wheel manufacturer, has always had a strong manufacturing presence in the southeastern United States. “We are very encouraged by the President’s efforts to strengthen the Buy American Provisions by directing more of the federal government spend on goods and services toward supporting America’s workers and businesses.
