John Deere Carbon-Core Corp. of Troy, Virginia, has installed a new manufacturing line to manufacture a new condensation blocking material, CondensBlock. CondensBlock is a unique material made with volumized thermoplastic microspheres that are embedded in elemental fibers of polyester veil. The volumized material allows substantially more efficient condensation absorption as compared to felt type materials. The new fully automated Siemens PLC controlled line is capable of making material up to 3.4 meters wide and 300,000 square feet per day. Supplied to roll formers and metal roofing manufactures in a light grey color with adhesive backing and de-coiling equipment at no charge. Free sample roll and consultation by our process engineers are available. We are actively seeking distributors and installers worldwide. For more information, visit www.carbon-core.com.
