This building serves as the headquarters for Ridgeline Structural Systems, providing office space as well as storage for supplies and equipment. The project was phase 1 of a 3-phase complex that will offer dual office and warehouse spaces for rent to service business or light industrial use.
The building combines steel-frame construction with post-frame construction to provide a long-lasting economical solution for our business needs. The steel truss with horizontal tie allowed for sidewall steel columns that fit within the wall cavity and this unique design made for easy finishing of the interior.
