Chief Buildings is proud to recognize the first group of employees from our Lancaster plant to successfully complete the York County Regional Chamber’s Leadership CORE program.
Leadership CORE is designed to help emerging leaders strengthen skills in communication, accountability, coaching, team leadership, and professional development through hands-on learning and peer collaboration. The program focuses on helping participants grow both personally and professionally while preparing them to lead with confidence.
