Speed up your trim production with ASC Machine Tools hemming machine
Customers can speed up the trim folding process on their brake by adding an ASC Hemming machine to their operation.
ASC’s heavy duty Double Hemmer features 9 roll forming passes and allows you to single or double hem your trim blanks prior to folding.
The tooling rolls in the last pass are easily turned around to switch between Teardrop Hems for harder material and Flat Hems for softer material. The micrometer dial on the last pass gives you the ability to fine adjust the hem.
Double Hem over 400 x 10ft trim blanks in an hour and save 1,600 bends on your brake. RB
