The structure is clad in True Metal Supply’s 26-gauge TrueLock 175 Standing Seam panels. The striated panels are finished in Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL Black, providing a bold, high-contrast aesthetic that emphasizes the sharp lines and varied elevations of the roofline.
To ensure long-term performance across this complex design, the installation features a robust moisture management system led by Marco Hydrashell MAX underlayment. The panels are secured with Wildcat Universal Pancake Screws, allowing for the sleek, fastener-free look of a professional standing seam application. For efficient thermal regulation, the team integrated Snap-Z 1750 ridge ventilation, with Geocel sealant providing a critical, weather-tight finish at every transition and peak.
