ProVia announces two new facilities designed to support the growth of the company’s vinyl window and patio door business. This expansion includes a 310,000-square-foot facility in Dover, Ohio that is expected to create 400 jobs, and a 580,000-square-foot facility in Davie County, North Carolina that is expected to create 400 jobs.
Together the facilities will help ProVia meet growing demand for windows and patio doors while expanding the company’s manufacturing footprint into the southern United States. The additional manufacturing capacity will enable the company to increase window and patio door production, maintain excellent lead times, and streamline shipping and distribution. Once these projects are completed, ProVia will own and operate 10 production facilities located in Ohio, Mississippi and North Carolina.
ProVia has reached an agreement with global motion technology company Schaeffler to purchase a 310,000-square-foot facility currently under construction on a 97-acre property in Dover, Ohio.
