For Chad and Norma, this building was about creating a space that brings family and work together. They wanted a building that would serve multiple purposes, including hosting family gatherings throughout the year while also providing Chad with a comfortable office where he can work remotely when needed. It needed to be functional, low maintenance, and designed to complement their property for years to come. They chose Graber Post Buildings because they wanted a partner that could provide quality craftsmanship, durable materials, and the ability to customize every detail.
Their 38’ x 54’ x 10’ building features traditional 2×6 stud framing and custom GPB wood trusses, creating a strong and dependable structure. The exterior combines 26-gauge Shiny Black Frost 10” Board & Batten siding with a sleek 16” Snap-Loc Galvalume roof for a modern appearance. One of the standout features is the 14’ x 6’ porch, highlighted with custom Tru-Steel HD® digitally printed Hickory Natural woodgrain trim that delivers the warmth of wood with the long-term durability of steel.
Black Pella Impervia windows, premium Therma-Tru entry doors, and custom overhead garage doors complete the design, blending style with everyday functionality.
